Fee : Demand draft of Rs. 500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) as application fee for General and OBC Candidates. Non-refundable Demand Draft should be made in favour of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, payable at Ernakulam.

The online registration site would be open from 10.00 hours on 2nd August 2008 to 17.00 hours on 16th August 2008. After applying online, candidate is required to take a print out of the application form with unique registration number, space for photograph, signature and other details. The envelope containing the original Application Form after affixing duly self-attested recent photograph alongwith Demand Draft and a self attested copy of Caste/Physically Challenged Certificate (for reserved/PWD category only) superscribed with MT-2008 (Discipline) & GEN/OBC/SC/ST & Physically Challenged as the case may be, is to be sent, by POST to The Chief Personnel & Administration Manager, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited, Ambalamugal - 682302, Ernakulam Dist.
