Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Assistant Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and at least three years industrial/research/teaching experience.
- Associate Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
- Professor - Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout and a minimum of 10 years experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor.
- Contractual appointments are admissible.
Pay Scales :
- Assistant Professor : Rs. 12000 - 420 - 18300
- Associate Professor : Rs. 16400 - 450 - 20000
- Professor : Rs. 18400 - 500 – 22400
