Recruitment of Specialist Gr.II in ESIC Orissa
Applications in the prescribed form are invited for filling up of posts in different specialties of Specialists Grade-II (Jr. Scale) in ESI Hospitals in the State of Orissa.
- Specialist : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.6600/-, Age : 45 years
Application Form : Applicants form or may be obtained from the office of the Senior State Medical Commissioner, ESI Corporation, Regional Office, Panchdeep Bhawan, Plot C, Janpath Unit No. IX, Bhubaneswar -751007 either personally or by post on payment of Rs.200/-
(Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “ESI Corporation” on the state bank of India payable at Bhubaneswar. All requests for blank application forms by post should be accompanied by a self-addressed and stamped (affixing postal stamps worth Rs. 25/- on envelope of size 35 cm X 15cm).
