2. Electrical, Code : 20, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline)
3. Mechanical, Code : 60, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline)
4. Chemical, Code : 40, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline)
5. Metallurgy, Code : 50, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline)
6. Instrumentation, Code : 70, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline)
7. Electronics & Communication, Code : 30, Qualification : BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg.) (provided it is a minimum of 4 years of curriculum in the appropriate discipline OR M.Sc. (Tech.) in the appropriate discipline after a B.Sc.)

Qualifying degree should be obtained with minimum 60% marks.

Selection Procedure : All shortlisted candidates will be called for Test/Interview at IPR.

Stipend : Trainees will be paid Rs.12000/- pm for one year training.
